Sr. Salesforce Consultant (TX)

Job Description

Ventas is seeking a self-motivated, professional Salesforce.com Consultant to join our team of consultants. The Functional Lead will be responsible for implementing quality solutions across the Force.com platform according to the Ventas Delivery Standards and Salesforce.com best practices. They must be able to successfully lead a project from end-to-end managing the delivery of solutions, including supervising other resources to meet deadlines. They also must be able to manage client expectations and scope.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively Manage Project Scope and Budget using both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
  • Facilitate Requirements Gathering Sessions with wide ranging levels of business stakeholders
  • Translate Business Use Cases and Processes into solid Requirements and Design Documentation
  • Identify gaps in requirements or processes and suggest/solution appropriate work arounds
  • Ability to implement design elements using native, declarative salesforce.com functions and understanding when the platform should be extended with development
  • Manage UAT testing activities including test case creation, execution and defect management
  • Creation of thorough end-user test cases based on approved requirements documentation
  • Execute and Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and obtain proper client sign-off
  • Remain up to speed on rapidly changing salesforce.com product suite and be able to speak to/implement best practices
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable (up to 15% travel projected)

Business Analyst (TX)

Job Description

Ventas Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst who will work directly with client’s to conduct analysis of their business needs, document requirements, and translate the information needs into system requirement specifications. The position will require creating and maintaining system related documentation, process flowcharts, project status reports, and CRM application configuration worksheets. The candidate will also create, document, and test system related processes to ensure “proof of concept”.

Responsibilities

  • This position is 20% Project Management, 50% Analysis, and 30% Technical (i.e. product knowledge in CRM, ERP, and E-Commerce applications).
  • Ability to scope technical issues and requirements.
  • Deliver consulting service offerings and support ongoing CRM implementations.
  • Identify opportunities to position other service offerings.
  • Manage objectives or projects effectively, demonstrate self motivation and the ability to learn new technologies quickly in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills w/ability to communicate and document technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to effectively present information to senior management (i.e. strong client-facing skills)

Ventas Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect who can work with the business analysts to design and implement the required solution based on the customer’s requirements and environment. As the technical lead on a project, the qualified candidate will have an energetic, enthusiastic, and professional attitude. This person must have functional/technical knowledge of Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer’s business requirements and technical environment to design the best solution for their needs.
  • Perform custom development in salesforce.com (Apex, visualforce, Flex, S-controls), integration with other enterprise applications and salesforce.com ecosystem applications (such as castiron, eloqua, vertical response, pervasive, jaspersoft, etc.)
  • Perform data migration and/or integration.
  • Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products.

Account Executive – (TX)

Salesforce experience preferred.

Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for the development of profitable new business by selling consulting services within their assigned sales territory (i.e. identifying leads & developing opportunities). Building a robust pipeline is critical so the ideal candidate must have a proven track record in identifying prospective clients and closing business for consulting services engagements. Having hands-on experience with Salesforce.com implementation and CRM solution design is a plus. The candidate must have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, posses a ‘can-do’ attitude, and a proven ability to work in a team environment. The Account Executive must also be able to sell at the CXO, EVP & SVP managerial levels. Responsibilities include pipeline management, project scoping, proposal writing, and presentation delivery. Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
